By accessing or using BlizzardBar.com (“Platform”, “Website”, “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.
1. About BlizzardBar
BlizzardBar is an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of:
- Mobile Bars
- Beverage Trailers
- Coffee Trailers
- Food Trailers
- Horse Trailers
- Converted Trailers
- Event Trailers
- Custom Commercial Trailers
- Similar specialty trailers
BlizzardBar provides technology that enables users to advertise, discover, reserve, and communicate regarding listed trailers.
BlizzardBar is not the owner, dealer, broker, reseller, importer, exporter, manufacturer, or transporter of any listed trailer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All listings are created and maintained solely by their respective sellers.
2. Marketplace Role
BlizzardBar operates solely as an independent marketplace platform.
The Platform facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers but is not a party to the final purchase agreement.
The actual sales contract exists exclusively between the buyer and the seller.
Luxury Guide LLC does not:
- inspect trailers;
- certify trailer condition;
- verify mileage;
- verify ownership beyond reasonable marketplace procedures;
- guarantee legality of listings;
- guarantee availability;
- guarantee pricing accuracy;
- participate in negotiations regarding the final purchase price.
Users understand that they enter into purchase agreements at their own risk.
3. Eligibility
To use BlizzardBar you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- have legal capacity to enter binding agreements;
- provide accurate registration information;
- comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Business entities warrant that the registering individual has authority to act on behalf of the company.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You agree to:
- provide truthful information;
- keep your contact details updated;
- maintain account security;
- immediately notify BlizzardBar of unauthorized access.
You remain responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
5. Seller Accounts
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that every listing contains accurate information.
This includes but is not limited to:
- trailer title;
- category;
- trailer type;
- model;
- condition;
- location;
- pricing;
- specifications;
- photographs;
- equipment;
- known defects.
Listings containing intentionally misleading information may be removed without notice.
Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.
6. Buyer Accounts
Buyers may browse listings without purchasing.
To reserve a trailer, buyers must:
- create an account;
- provide accurate billing information;
- successfully complete payment of the reservation deposit.
Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspection before completing any purchase.
7. Listings
Each listing is created by an independent seller.
BlizzardBar does not guarantee:
- listing accuracy;
- vehicle condition;
- seller identity;
- trailer availability;
- photographs;
- specifications;
- pricing.
Listings may be edited or removed by their owners or by BlizzardBar where necessary.
8. Reservation Deposits
Certain listings require a reservation deposit.
The reservation deposit is not the purchase price of the trailer.
Instead, it serves to:
- reserve the trailer;
- temporarily remove it from public availability;
- initiate communication between buyer and seller;
- allow inspection and pickup arrangements.
The remaining purchase balance is paid directly between buyer and seller unless otherwise agreed.
9. Pending Pick-Up Status
Once a reservation deposit has been successfully processed:
- the listing status changes to Pending Pick-Up;
- the trailer becomes unavailable for additional reservations;
- communication between buyer and seller may begin through BlizzardBar messaging tools.
Pending Pick-Up status does not transfer ownership.
Ownership transfers only after the seller receives the remaining balance and both parties complete the transaction.
10. Payments
Reservation deposits are securely processed through Stripe.
BlizzardBar does not store:
- credit card numbers;
- CVV codes;
- banking credentials.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
11. Inspection
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect trailers before completing the purchase.
BlizzardBar recommends verifying:
- ownership;
- VIN (where applicable);
- trailer condition;
- title documents;
- modifications;
- roadworthiness;
- equipment;
- functionality.
Failure to inspect a trailer does not create liability for BlizzardBar.
12. Communication
Following a successful reservation, BlizzardBar may provide messaging tools enabling communication between buyers and sellers.
Users agree that communications must remain:
- respectful;
- lawful;
- truthful;
- relevant to the transaction.
Harassment, fraud, threats, or abusive conduct may result in immediate suspension.
13. Prohibited Listings
The following may not be listed:
- stolen property;
- fraudulent listings;
- prohibited trailers;
- counterfeit documentation;
- listings violating intellectual property rights;
- illegal products;
- hazardous materials;
- listings intended to deceive buyers.
Luxury Guide LLC reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice.
14. Fraud Prevention
BlizzardBar actively monitors suspicious marketplace activity.
We reserve the right to:
- request identity verification;
- suspend listings;
- suspend accounts;
- refuse transactions;
- cooperate with law enforcement.
Fraudulent activity may result in permanent removal from the Platform.
15. Intellectual Property
All Platform content including:
- logos;
- branding;
- software;
- design;
- layout;
- source code;
- graphics;
- text;
remains the exclusive property of Luxury Guide LLC unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce Platform content without written permission.
16. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Luxury Guide LLC makes no warranties regarding:
- uninterrupted availability;
- accuracy;
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- security;
- compatibility.
Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxury Guide LLC shall not be liable for:
- disputes between buyers and sellers;
- trailer defects;
- transportation issues;
- inspection outcomes;
- lost profits;
- indirect damages;
- consequential damages;
- business interruption;
- fraud committed by users.
Our total liability shall never exceed the reservation deposit paid through the Platform for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
18. Account Suspension
BlizzardBar may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms;
- engage in fraud;
- abuse other users;
- misuse payment systems;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with Platform operations.
Suspension may occur without prior notice where necessary.
19. Changes to the Platform
Luxury Guide LLC reserves the right to:
- modify features;
- update fees;
- introduce new services;
- discontinue services;
- update these Terms.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located within North Carolina.

By creating an account, listing a trailer, reserving a trailer, or otherwise using BlizzardBar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
