These Buyer Terms & Conditions (“Buyer Terms”) govern the use of BlizzardBar by users who reserve trailers through the BlizzardBar platform.

By reserving a Listing or using BlizzardBar as a Buyer, you agree to these Buyer Terms.

1. Buyer Eligibility

To reserve a Listing on BlizzardBar, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate contact information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

Luxury Guide LLC reserves the right to verify Buyer identity where necessary.

2. Reservation Deposits

BlizzardBar allows Buyers to reserve certain Listings by paying a reservation deposit through Stripe.

A reservation deposit:

• temporarily reserves the Listing,
• prevents other Buyers from reserving the same Listing,
• initiates communication between Buyer and Seller.

A reservation deposit is not the purchase price of the trailer.

3. Remaining Balance

After the reservation has been confirmed:

• the Buyer and Seller arrange inspection, pickup, and final payment directly,
• any remaining balance is paid directly to the Seller,
• BlizzardBar does not collect or process the remaining balance unless explicitly stated.

4. Inspection Before Purchase

Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect the trailer before completing the transaction.

Luxury Guide LLC does not:

• inspect Listings,
• verify mechanical condition,
• guarantee descriptions,
• certify roadworthiness.

Buyers assume full responsibility for evaluating the trailer prior to purchase.

5. No Ownership Transfer

Payment of a reservation deposit does not transfer ownership of the trailer.

Ownership transfers only when Buyer and Seller complete the transaction according to applicable law.

6. Communication

After a reservation is confirmed, Buyers may communicate with Sellers through BlizzardBar’s messaging system.

Buyers agree to:

• communicate respectfully,
• avoid harassment,
• avoid spam,
• avoid fraudulent behavior.

Abuse of the messaging system may result in account suspension.

7. Cancellations

A reservation may be cancelled by:

• the Buyer,
• the Seller,
• BlizzardBar in cases of fraud or policy violations.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of each reservation.

8. Refund Policy

Reservation deposits may be refunded in situations including:

• Seller cancellation,
• duplicate payment,
• fraudulent activity,
• technical payment errors,
• mutual agreement between Buyer and Seller,
• other circumstances approved by BlizzardBar.

Processing times depend on Stripe and the Buyer’s financial institution.

9. Listing Information

BlizzardBar provides Listings submitted by individual Sellers.

Luxury Guide LLC does not guarantee that Listing information is:

• complete,
• accurate,
• current,
• free of errors.

Buyers should independently verify all information before completing a purchase.

10. Fraud Prevention

Luxury Guide LLC reserves the right to:

• verify Buyer identities,
• delay suspicious transactions,
• cancel fraudulent reservations,
• cooperate with law enforcement.

11. No Warranty

Luxury Guide LLC provides BlizzardBar on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• trailer quality,
• Seller performance,
• successful transactions,
• availability of Listings,
• uninterrupted platform operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

Luxury Guide LLC is not responsible for:

• trailer defects,
• title issues,
• mechanical failures,
• transportation costs,
• financing arrangements,
• disputes between Buyers and Sellers.

All purchase decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Buyer.

13. Prohibited Activities

Buyers may not:

• use false identities,
• attempt payment fraud,
• interfere with platform operations,
• misuse Seller information,
• bypass platform security measures,
• engage in illegal activity.

Violation of these rules may result in permanent account suspension.

14. Account Suspension

Luxury Guide LLC may suspend or terminate Buyer accounts for:

• fraudulent activity,
• abusive conduct,
• repeated payment disputes,
• violation of these Buyer Terms,
• misuse of the reservation system.

15. Dispute Resolution

Although BlizzardBar may assist in facilitating communication between Buyers and Sellers, Luxury Guide LLC is not a party to the final sale agreement.

Any disputes regarding the purchase, condition, ownership, or delivery of a trailer should be resolved directly between the Buyer and Seller, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Changes

Luxury Guide LLC may update these Buyer Terms at any time.

Continued use of BlizzardBar after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
