Seller Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 2026

These Seller Terms & Conditions (“Seller Terms”) govern the use of BlizzardBar by users who create listings to advertise trailers, food trailers, mobile bars, concession trailers, horse trailers, campers, and similar equipment (“Listings”).

By creating a Listing on BlizzardBar, you agree to these Seller Terms.

1. Seller Eligibility

To create Listings on BlizzardBar, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal right to sell or market the listed trailer.
  • Provide accurate personal and contact information.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Luxury Guide LLC reserves the right to verify seller identity at any time.

2. Listing Accuracy

Sellers agree that every Listing must accurately represent the item being offered.

Listings must include truthful information regarding:

  • Title
  • Category
  • Trailer type
  • Model
  • Condition
  • Photos
  • Description
  • Price
  • City
  • State

False, misleading, or deceptive Listings may be removed without notice.

3. Ownership

The Seller represents and warrants that:

  • they are the legal owner of the trailer, or
  • they have full authority to sell it.

BlizzardBar is not responsible for ownership disputes.

4. Photos

Sellers may upload only photographs they own or have permission to use.

Photos must:

  • represent the actual trailer
  • not contain misleading edits
  • not violate copyrights
  • not contain offensive content

Luxury Guide LLC may remove inappropriate images without notice.

5. Pricing

The Seller is solely responsible for:

  • setting the Listing price
  • updating the price
  • honoring the published price

BlizzardBar does not negotiate prices between buyers and sellers.

6. Reservation Deposits

Certain Listings allow Buyers to reserve a trailer by paying a reservation deposit through Stripe.

The Seller understands that:

  • the deposit reserves the Listing,
  • the Listing becomes unavailable to other Buyers,
  • BlizzardBar only facilitates the reservation process.

The remaining balance is paid directly between Buyer and Seller outside the BlizzardBar platform unless otherwise specified.

7. Seller Responsibilities After Reservation

Once a reservation has been made, Sellers agree to:

  • respond to Buyer inquiries promptly,
  • arrange inspection or pickup,
  • communicate through the BlizzardBar messaging system whenever possible,
  • honor the reservation.

Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

8. Deposits and Refunds

Refund requests may be approved in situations including:

  • Seller cancellation
  • Listing inaccuracies
  • Mutual agreement
  • Fraud prevention

Luxury Guide LLC reserves the right to investigate disputes before issuing refunds.

9. Prohibited Listings

The following Listings are prohibited:

  • stolen property
  • illegal trailers
  • counterfeit products
  • misleading advertisements
  • duplicate Listings
  • offensive content
  • prohibited goods under applicable law

Violations may result in immediate removal.

10. Communication

Sellers agree to communicate respectfully with Buyers.

Harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, or fraudulent behavior may result in permanent account termination.

11. Account Suspension

Luxury Guide LLC may suspend or terminate Seller accounts for reasons including:

  • fraudulent activity
  • repeated customer complaints
  • payment fraud
  • fake Listings
  • abuse of the reservation system
  • violations of these Terms

Suspension decisions are made at the sole discretion of Luxury Guide LLC.

12. Fees

At this time, BlizzardBar does not charge Sellers listing fees unless explicitly stated.

Future fees may include:

  • featured Listings
  • premium placement
  • subscription plans
  • advertising services

Any future fees will be announced before implementation.

13. Taxes

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • sales taxes
  • income taxes
  • licensing
  • permits
  • business registration

Luxury Guide LLC does not provide tax advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

Luxury Guide LLC does not guarantee:

  • successful sales
  • Buyer reliability
  • inspection outcomes
  • financing approval
  • trailer condition

All transactions remain solely between Buyer and Seller.

15. Indemnification

The Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Guide LLC from claims arising from:

  • inaccurate Listings
  • intellectual property violations
  • fraudulent activity
  • breach of these Seller Terms

16. Changes

Luxury Guide LLC may modify these Seller Terms at any time.

Continued use of BlizzardBar constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
